Defining Product
I take a broad view on the definition of the word “product”. Especially how it relates to technology.
I think of the product as the total experience a consumer has when they interact with a good or service.
A product is a technology transformed into something useful that has a market. Quality products give people positive feelings and emotions when they are interacting with it - products are about people.
